  • Redis caching in front of MS SQL and legacy mainframes to cut repeated reads

Three automotive telematics programs needed drivers to see their vehicle's live state — monitoring and diagnostics rendered in real time, inside the car.

  • Led end-to-end architecture and delivery of CheckfreeNext and CashFlow Central, n-tier and semi event-driven on .NET Core, serving millions of financial transactions.
  • Engineered high-throughput asynchronous pipelines on Kafka, RabbitMQ and IBM MQ for reliable, fault-tolerant processing at scale.
  • Significantly reduced query latency by layering Redis caching over MS SQL Server and legacy mainframes.
  • Designed secure Web APIs from scratch, integrating Identity Server for OAuth 2.0 authentication across microservices.
  • Built centralised logging with Serilog and dashboards in Splunk and Moogsoft for real-time observability and proactive incident detection.
  • Led critical production support — incident resolution, case management, root-cause analysis — with consistent SLA adherence.
